  • Terms and Conditions for Registering for Young Engineers Program

    By registering your child for the Young Engineers Program, you, as the parent or guardian, agree to the following terms and conditions:

    Program Attendance

    If your child is unable to attend a session, we kindly request that you inform us in advance. Please note that participation is non-transferable and cannot be carried over to future sessions.

    Refund Policy

    We understand that plans may change, and you may need to cancel your child’s registration for a program. Refunds will be provided under the following conditions:

    • Cancellation of Registered Programs: Refunds will only be issued for cancellations of registered programs.
    • Refund Fee: A $25 administration fee will be deducted from the refund to cover processing costs.
    • Notice Requirement: To qualify for a refund, you must provide written notice of cancellation at least 10 business days prior to the program start date.
    • Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the refund request has been approved.

    Photographs and Videos

    By registering, you grant Young Engineers permission to take photographs or videos of your child during the program for promotional purposes. If you prefer that your child not be photographed or recorded, please notify us prior to the program.

    Code of Conduct and Liability

    Participants (your child) are expected to follow the rules and guidelines set by the Young Engineers staff and treat others with respect. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the program without a refund.

    While we strive to maintain a safe and engaging environment, Young Engineers is not liable for any personal injuries or accidents that may occur during the program. Both the participant (your child) and the parent or guardian are responsible for ensuring your child’s safety during all activities.

    Changes to Terms and Conditions

    Young Engineers reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to parents or guardians in advance.

    By completing the registration, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
